MISSING
One day Shelby and Sam went to the beach. While they were watching the waves they decided to build a sand castle. We built about seven sand castles said Sam he was very excited. Then while he was building, the bucket washed into the water, Sam ran after it. While Shelby was washing her feet in the waves she found out Sam was missing!
Shelby looked everywhere for Sam but couldn’t find him. after a while Shelby rang the police. She waited for half an hour till the police got to the beach. They looked everywhere but there was no sign of Sam. They looked for about two hours till they decided to have a search party.
While Shelby was looking for Sam, she saw his red bucket near the drain, she went and picked it up but there was no sign of Sam. The police looked at the bucket and saw some finger prints on the handle. They left the bucket where it was and went back to the drain to look around, they found some blood on the rocks, they looked for three hours but then they saw something
The police saw a finger then a leg they, crept closer up the hill and then they saw a boy but it wasn’t him it was a three year old boy but he wasn’t dead he was still alive they rushed the boy to the hospital. Shelby and the police kept looking for Sam then they saw him by the drain, they didn’t know if he was dead or alive so they went in the ambulance and rushed him to the hospital. Shelby was bawling her eyes out saying that it was her entire fault and that she didn’t keep an eye out on him. Then the police said she would have to hope for a miracle if he was to survive. Sam’s mum and dad ran to the hospital crying, Shelby felt so bad. The hospital helpers rushed him to the emergency room while the visitors stayed outside in the lobby. The doctor came out and said he had some good and some bad news. He told them the good news first which was, that he may last a bit longer but the bad news was that it may only be three months and that he would probably die with his epilepsy that he had while he was drowning. If he didn’t have epilepsy he wouldn’t be in this situation.

After the accident with Sam Shelby and her family never went near the water, they were to frightened that would happen to them.
